Happy Years
Exercise is good for everyone whatever their age, level of fitness or limitations, but it needs to be the right kind of exercise.
As we grow older things sometimes stop working as well as they once did. Perhaps your knees are a bit dodgy or perhaps your blood pressure is a little high, so it's important that you do the best type of exercise for you.
You might be finding that it's getting more difficult standing up out of the chair, or that your strength or balance isn't quite what it was. The right exercises could make the world of difference. Or maybe you're already in really good shape and you want to make sure you keep it that way!
With Happy Years One to One sessions I will plan a programme especially for you. I will focus on improving your health and fitness level in a way that is effective but also comfortable and enjoyable for you.

£360.00 for 10 sessions (to be used within 3 months) or
£40.00 per session (1 hour)
If you prefer the fun of a group/class approach then please call me and we can talk through which Happy Years Classes would be the most suitable for you.
