Happy Exercise
We are happier, healthier and fitter when we exercise regularly and just a little exercise can give you big health benefits.
Happy Exercise classes are always safe, effective, comfortable and fun. I personally teach all of the Happy Exercise Classes, this allows me to take the best possible care of everyone in every class.
All of the groups are friendly, sociable and always welcoming, so you will be making new friends too. We often have lunches and group walks, we have a monthly 'Pub Club' and our very own annual charity walk. You can see the photos of our latest escapades in the gallery!
